STEP 1. MEASUREMENT

3 days and nights at work and during leisure time.  Personal reports based on the measurement.

STEP 2. FEEDBACK

Group and/or individual feedback provided by a lifestyle specialist.

STEP 3. ACTION POINTS

Personal goals and ways to reach the goals in daily life.

STEP 4. LIFESTYLE CHANGES AND FOLLOW-UP

  • Recommendations / action points and follow-up.
  • In the feedback meeting, the client gets recommendations for managing his/her well-being especially in the areas of stress management and physical activity. The assessment looks at both work days and days off to see how various lifestyle factors affect well-being and health. A Lifestyle Assessment  for large groups can motivate them towards positive lifestyle changes.
